Stock, production and sales management software for a cosmetics manufacturer
The need
The company tracked its stock, purchases and production across several files. It needed to know at any time what was left in stock, which raw materials each production run consumed and which orders were in progress.
The solution
A web application built with Laravel and MySQL, used every day by the team:
- Real-time stock across several locations, with stock in, stock out, transfers and inventories
- Supplier purchase orders, receipts and payment tracking
- Production orders based on recipes, with automatic deduction of raw materials
- Tracking of material losses and kg ↔ litre conversion for oils
- Quotes, invoices and delivery notes as PDF, in French and Arabic
- User roles and permissions, purchasing, stock and production dashboards
The result
A single application replaces scattered files: stock and production are updated with every movement, and business documents are generated in a few clicks.
